The Good Stuff We Do

  • We focus on keeping the ­ original benefits of gym class alive
  • With our “chin up, shoulders back” philosophy we take a positive, unique approach to getting young ones active while promoting self-confidence and improving self-discipline
  • We teach the importance of teamwork and positive encouragement for our teammates
  • Although laughing is encouraged we teach the importance of never laughing at anyone who is trying
  • We promote sharing and high fiving

How We Do It

  • Children play a new sport each week: soccer, tennis, basketball, floor hockey, kickball, t-ball, flag football, dodge ball
  • Children also play light-hearted “silly” games to promote spirit and smiles (and even a little sweat)
  • Every class ends with a high five, sticker and smile
  • Classes are 50 minutes each and run for eight week sessions
